Christine Walker-McSpadden (they/them) is a proudly fat non-binary person. They are a movement coach with Power Up and  their work focuses on helping fat folks reconnect to nourishment, movement, and their embodied selves. They interact with all of their clients and students through a trauma-informed lens while simultaneously honoring the impact that the forces of systemic oppression have upon fat folks and their bodies. Follow them @Thewildwithinacres and @PowerUp.Movementco

Their work focuses on helping folks who have faced systemic oppression learn about their physical selves through movement, education, and facilitated conversations about important topics related to understanding, empowering, and freeing the body.

Their focus is not on providing "workouts" or "exercise." Rather, it is on bidirectional sharing of knowledge in a way that promotes unfuckwithable confidence and empowerment while honoring the wisdom of each and every person who comes to me.
