Earth, air, water, and fire are super accessible and powerful elements that can be utilized on a daily basis to manifest our goals for fat liberation and more. The group will then collaborate on a candle spell, as candles are a simple tool that represents all 4 elements. With the remaining time, Bree will offer one-card tarot readings to anyone who would like one.
