Support Size Freedom in Delaware!

Delaware could soon become the next state to add height and weight to protected classes under their state code.

This week, on Wednesday, May 14 at 3pm, the Delaware Administrative Committee will hear testimony on outlawing size discrimination!

Read the bill

HB 115: AN ACT TO AMEND THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION BASED ON WEIGHT, HEIGHT, OR BODY SIZE.
