February 2, 2024: A group of corporations, many of which are in the weight loss industry, have created a new “Obesity Bill of Rights” concerning healthcare. As pointed out by Tigress Osborn, the Bill of Rights has more to do with treating fatness than treating fat people’s health.
February 8, 2024: The more history patients and doctors get with drugs like Ozempic, the more problems surface. Drug companies are rushing to find ways to offset muscle loss and achieve a better balance of fat to muscle for patients on these drugs.
February 14, 2024: The word is out and spreading among fat community influencers who arebeing approached to push drugs like Ozempic and Mounjaro.
